Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed exploring local shops and the stunning coastline. The rooms were comfy, and it was great to have such friendly staff around. Just be aware that parking is in the back, and the elevator is only in the spa area, so pack light if you're on the third floor!

I loved how easy it was to stroll to beautiful Parsons Way and enjoy the stunning waterfront views. The friendly atmosphere really made my brief stay enjoyable.

A fitting option for a short layover in Kennebunkport with decent value for the money. The staff were friendly and quickly helped us switch to a better room when we weren't satisfied with our first one. Strongly recommend asking for a room in the building where breakfast is served to avoid extra steps.

The Breakwater Inn & Spa has inviting, beautifully decorated common areas that were easily accessible. I loved the tranquil ambiance, and the seating on the patio overlooking the water was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee.
